What this service does
Chef Whisper reads a cooking web page and shows you the recipe from it in a cleaner form, optionally saving it to your account. It is offered free of charge and as-is.
Recipe content is not ours
Recipes shown here come from the websites you point us at, and belong to whoever published them. We do not claim ownership of that content and we do not republish it: a recipe is only fetched when someone asks for that specific page, and saving one adds it to your own library.
Please respect the original publishers. If you own a recipe and want it removed from our cache, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
Your account
You are responsible for the email address you sign in with and for anyone with access to that inbox — a sign-in link is all that is needed to reach your account. Do not use the service to break the law, to overwhelm it with automated traffic, or to extract content you have no right to.
A free account can save up to 25 recipes in its library. Remove one to make room for another.
We may suspend an account that is being used to attack or abuse the service.
Availability
This is a small project. It may be slow, unavailable, or discontinued, and extraction will not work on every website — many block automated readers. Nothing here is guaranteed to keep working.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Recipes are extracted automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Check the original page for anything that matters — particularly cooking temperatures, times, and allergen information. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the service means accepting the current version.
